GreenKite Associates appoints four insurance professionals to their Advisory Board.

The new Board members Paula Doolan, Tim Johnson, Maxine Goddard and Kasha Mleko have more than 100 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries.

GreenKite Associates, which provides professional advisory and support services to the insurance and financial services industries, has announced it has appointed four new members to its Advisory Board. 

The new Board members Paula Doolan, Tim Johnson, Maxine Goddard and Kasha Mleko have more than 100 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries. 

2021 will be an exciting year for GreenKite I am delighted to welcome such a diverse group of individuals to our newly assembled Board,” said GreenKite Chief Executive Officer Sara Ager. “GreenKite advocates and consciously supports diversity of background, thought and leadership, and our own team reflects this with their huge breadth of real-life experience. 

Paula Doolan has more than 45 years’ insurance industry experience including in underwriting, claims management, legal and business development. She has laterally worked with the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) in a market facing role. 

In a career spanning more than 30 years, Tim Johnson has worked in sales, management, business growth and acquisitions for leading insurance businesses. Tim’s previous positions include Managing Director of the Risk & Reward group, and CEO of Arthur J. Gallagher’s UK Employee Benefits, Wealth Management and Communications Group.  

Maxine Goddard has more than two decades’ experience in insurance and banking and has had previous careers in oil and gas and the United Nations. Most recently she worked at Zurich Insurance as Head of Sales Operations and Planning. Maxine is recognized as a diversity and inclusion championand in 2020 she was named a Role Model of the Year at the Women In Insurance Awards and also sits on the board of the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network (iCAN). 

Kasha Mleko is the youngest and freshest member of the Board, she is a marketing and business development professional who has spent over 10 years working in insurance asset management in the UK and European market.
