GreenKite promises a real alternative for ambitious firms in Insurance & Financial Services

London, 7 October, ‘19 – GreenKite, an independent consultancy firm dedicated to providing advice and support and solutions for the Insurance and Financial Services industry, launches today.

Managing and growing a business means pains (as well as gains), and they rarely stay neatly in one area of the organisational chart. GreenKite gives businesses the power to simplify the complexity wherever it falls. By engaging GreenKite as a partner and advisor, ambitious firms – from startups and scale-ups to established firms – are able to continue running operations in a complex, fast – moving environment, with the option of ‘turning on’ GreenKite’s support when they need it.

GreenKite is made up of a network of experienced professionals, enabling the team to look at complex problems and growth opportunity from every angle. Each member of the team brings expert knowledge, networks and skills to the company, allowing GreenKite to offer a wide range of services, including M&A, compliance advisory services, MGA and company setup, HR operations, interim placement, operational tech and more.

The GreenKite team works as an extension of its clients’ businesses, providing project support, reviews and outsourced services. It gets to know each business in detail, supporting its ambitions while encouraging sustainable development and evolution. From set-up to reorganisation and sale, GreenKite can support businesses at any stage of their development.

Louise Birritteri, CEO of sharing economy insurance provider,Pikl, has been working with Sara and the GreenKite team on an extremely complex area of legal and compliance whilst Pikl was setting up its MGA. Louise says: “The legal landscape was particularly daunting for us – a startup business. Sara guided us through unfamiliar territory with practical steps and acting on our behalf as an extension to our team. As an MGA startup, we did not have the funds to employ a permanent employee to carry out this critical role at a crucial time in our business development.”

Sara Ager, GreenKite co-founder and CEO, says: “We feel that now is the right time to launch GreenKite; there is a clear gap in the market for real problem solvers. The industry is calling out for someone to provide consultancy support that delivers real, tangible solutions to complex problems. By applying Insurance industry and business expertise, we can anticipate and respond to client needs to design solutions for a diverse range of sector specialties.

“As a team, we have the capability to fix issues at all stages of a business’s lifecycle. We are united by an obsession to work with high-performing, well-managed organisations that make a real difference for colleagues, customers andthe business community.”
